Froli Bed System

Viewing Little Guy's new truck camper video reminded me about the Froli bed system. It seems like a nice way to get an upgraded mattress and deal with condensation that occurs under the mattress. Anybody have any experience?

Froili Mattress System

  • I have used Dri- Dek for other things, I may help a little bit here for condensation but I think not nearly as much. The Froili lifts the mattress enough to allow air to circulate.
  • If I get a TC, the Froli springs will be a must, just to keep moisture away from the bottom of the mattress. An alternative I have looked at is Dri-Dek, but I worry it would puncture any foil insulation (or Reflectix.)

I don't have one in the camper, but I do in the boat. It is a very nice system, improves the comfort of the mattress, and solved the condensation problem in the boat (which is far more severe than in a camper). It will raise your mattress an inch or two (so you want to make sure you have room for that) and it makes it a bit harder to make up the bed because the piece want to grab the sheets/blankets etc tucked under. I would buy it again.

agree. We use it in our TC and we feel great on it. Froli + a good, thin mattress is real comfort !
