All I can say is 2014 Ram 3500 6.4 Hemi. Better mpg than the 6.2 Ford with more HP/TQ. The Hemi has the cylinder deactivation so when not towing it will only use 4 cylinders when in a steady-state operation.

Yeah, remember GM tried that YEARS ago with the V8-6-4 Caddy, it was SO BAD that most owners ended up having that feature DISABLED.
I WILL gladly take my "poor" mileage Ford 6.2 over ANY gimmicky thing like cylinder deactivation. After all I BOUGHT a TRUCK not a Prius...
By the way, my "poor" mileage 6.2 is getting me 15.5 MPG highway empty and so far towing 9-10.1 MPG with about 7K lbs :B Which is very respectable for a 6000 lb truck. Not to mention only 20 yrs ago most trucks barely get 11 MPG empty and 6-7MPG towing.
