Well I know on our 2016 I would need to look and see how it is stated it, but mine sure feel cool when on.
Now not sure the massage seat is a good idea, long day heat and massage would equal me going to sleep.
on my "19" F150 it is advertised as COOLED.... And that is exactly what it is... that feature works awesome.. NOW for the massage... have not used that , just does not seam like a great idea to get that relaxed while driving.......:h
