Bottom line Cummins would not have changed if they thought the pump would not hold up.
Good for 30 years and who knows how much mileage in that time? I’m not convinced and is a big part of the reason I have a CP3 equipped truck in my garage. New trucks are way too much money for me to play Russian roulette.....:E
Now if you are in a position to trade every 3-4 years then why worry about it; buy whatever fits your bottom the best which presumably would be the massaging seats. :B
