Front cap oxidizing along the top. How to restore the shine?

Finished waxing the TT today and noticed at the top of the front cap it seems to have oxidized down about 6" from the roof line. Not sure why only there unless it's a result of dust in the air and the air flow over the TT when towing which is causing abrasion? Or is it more exposed to UV rays up there? The sides and rear wall are perfectly fine. Not very noticeable I suppose but want to preserve the finish as best as I can to make it last.

What is a good product to restore it? I've been using Mothers synthetic marine wax and it won't do anything for it. What about something like Meguiars marine/RV fiberglass restoration system or equivalent. Our TT is only 3 years old.
