LYNNSR - Did you do any research on how much air flow you may be keeping away from the front grill of the truck... Looks like that may be covering up a whole bunch of the front grill...
You sure have to get creative on where to carry one on a TC setup. Mine ended up in the tailgate corner on my truck pulling my POPUP trailer. Sitting under a lockable folding thick panel FOLD-A-TOP bed cover and all secured in place. When i need to use it I just pull out the generator into the tail gate and slide it back into the truck bed when done with it... All is safe and out-of-sight
Back in my JEEP WINCH days I was always worried about stopping good air flow going into the radiator of my truck as well as my jeep.
