Don't know about Ford, but most GM dealer web sites include the option to view actual window sticker and that shows every option and package. So if I found a possible match at Cars.com or another site, I then went to the dealer's web site to find the window sticker. I used that to find the right truck 1200 miles away.
In years past, GM corporate web site would show the window sticker for any vehicle at any dealer anywhere in the country.
