I would suggest searching with Autotrader. Put in your parameters and be sure to include “Trailer hitch” as a vehicle feature and list “Tow” as a keyword. This should help find ones with the Tow package.
I just used my app to check and there isn’t much within 100 miles of Nashville. I upped the search radius to 300 miles and got better results. In other words, be prepared to do some driving in order to get the Explorer you are looking for. You might want to look into XLTs as well. My XLT has most of the options as well as the tow package.
If you are looking at pictures the Tow/Haul button is located left of the steering wheel just below the round dial control for the headlights. It says TOW. If it’s not there, then it doesn’t have the tow package. Good luck!
