Sorry for confusion "Me Again", the turbo lubricity comment was from the blog I mentioned and after rereading the post the comment was refering to using additive back in '97. The post did mention it wasn't necessary for that same reason today, however he was curious why Cummins was now endorsing additives... "Are they seeing something in the diesel fuel that is concerning them. Is our diesel fuel not up to the standards that it is supposed to be and Cummins is trying to tell us something?"
