Fuel price this morning

Filled up day before yesterday....Diesel was $3.79 in Cottonwood, AZ

I paid $3.09 with points ($.70/gallon discount). Squeezed 33 gallons into my 35 gallon tank.

I heard on the national news about a month ago that the refineries were making gas in large quantities so gas rices will be coming down. Not in this town , they raised them and they are still up there. I refer them as the gas cartel. they make a lot of money these days in the gas stations. when I was a kid and pumped gas, the owners were lucky if they made 5 cents a gallon. that is why they had mechanics on board to make up the difference.

You are not near Seattle, add about 20 cents to all them prices. One place I was at today was 3.99 for both diesel and reg unleaded. Premium was 4.19-4.29 depending upon the where and who you buy from. The cheapest diesel I typically see on the main roads is the Chevron at the south end of squim bay on the reservation.

Just topped off both tanks, the truck tank and the 45 gallon transfer tank the other morning and paid 3.68 for diesel. Regular gas was 3.79 and diesel was 3.68.

I just looked at Gas Buddy and it's still 3.68 a gallon, right down the street from Miller Park here in Milwaukee. I'm like'n that.

Wow, diesel is lower than regular in a lot of places? Here in SE Kansas, regular is $3.49 and diesel is $3.79.

Well in my area reg is about 3.72 and diesel is 3.87 that is a whole 15 cents, that is only 4% difference in price. I will take that any day.

$4.09 if you pay cash, $4.19 with debit or credit at my local shell for diesel. I am in Northwest Washington.
