The price of a diesel engine keeps climbing, and the fuel economy keeps dropping due to EPA pollution regulations.
It would be interesting if they offered a cheaper, more economical, smaller diesel for the F250. Not everybody needs 840 ft. lbs. or more of torque.
The torque wars have gotten ridiculous and pointless. Used to be you could milk 20 mpg from a 4x2 7.3 liter F250. Not anymore.
