Fumoto Valve
How many are using a Fumoto or similar? I getting tried of cleaning up after oil changes, what are the issues? I know they don't drain as fast possibly leaving sediment in the pan. Thanks

For me I use it to drain, and then pull it to let it drain again .Eventually I will probably go back to the stock drain plug. Its nice that it allows to open up for oil analysis , although I don't do one, and it comes out slow enough you don't have to use a special pan or bucket.
I cut grooves in the end of the threads before installing the valve and it will drain fully in my application. I am sold on this valve.
Well there you go. The fact is it does not let all the oil out, it can't there are threads inside the pan.
That is a great idea, I like the fumoto, don't like the fact that it leaves dirty oil in there. I checked once on how much threads was sticking up inside was not a lot but enough to stop some flow. Wouldn't take much on the grooves.
