Many(not all) of the Georgia and Alabama rest areas and Welcome Centers offer dump stations (no charge) I live down SW of you off 85 near the AL border and have had luck occasionally using Luv's and Flying J fuel station dumps for a fee. In some areas the Corps of Engineers will let you dump for a fee.
