It all depends on the camper.
My NL was good for one night in crazy cold but the battery the next day needed a charge. Added a second battery and it was fine for two nights just about three but that was pushing it.
My motor home (a little bigger than the truck camper but not much) was very low after one night with one battery so I added 4 6V and it can go four nights but needs a good recharge after the fourth. Good thing about the MH is that the vehicle to RV charge is amazing.
A lot also depends on what other things are drawing down. When I switched to LED in the NL my battery draw dropped giving me a little more wiggle room.
Add more insulation and a second battery and you will find a HUGE difference.
