Future Travel Trailer (Empty Nest Models)

My wife and I love our Sabre 34TBOK but we have been looking around at future travel trailers for when we become empty nesters. We have a seasonal lot right now and we have our FW and a tent trailer on this lot which we use as a guest house. We would like to be able to take a travel trailer and go and visit our children wherever they may be but still be able to use it on our seasonal lot. We are looking for something with no bunks. The problem is that we are spoiled with our Sabre. It has things that we have not been able to find in a travel trailer. 16 Gallon Water Heater, Large Fridge, Ceiling Fan, Full Size Queen Bed. Basically we are looking for the same amenities in a travel trailer that we enjoy in our FW. What would you recommend if you were downsizing from a large FW to a travel trailer that still offers the quality and features of our FW.

    My DW and I have had a similar discussion in the past. Our 5th wheel is over 20 years old. We both would like to get a new one but like our existing one and haven't found anything we like better.

    Recently we decided to just do some upgrades and live with this 5th wheel until it falls apart around us. Carpet comes out and new hardwood or laminate flooring goes in along with a couple of other improvements.

    With our recent upgrade to a Chevy C4500 diesel to tow it with, it's a lot easier to take it wherever we decide to go.
