Have to say I would be hard pressed to buy any vehicle that the manufacturer stated the engine life was only 150,000 miles! I bet Mr. Truck never gets an invite to another G.M. press show again! LOL ...

Mr Truck got his wires crossed on the 3.0 Power Stroke in that the timing belts have a design life of 150k miles and then have to be replaced. Having said that, I think Mr. Truck did a good job on getting to the bottom of the Duramax oil pump belt life being the same as the engine life which I think was a poor decision on GMs part.
