Gel Gloss
Where do I find this stuff? I keep seeing it mentioned, so I figure I'll give it a try. Home Depot, Lowes etc.? Does it come in large or small sizes. Thanks.

Plus, I'm tired of paying someone else to detail it. Thanks for tips.joeshmoe wrote:That is how I apply it on my molded Fiberglas Bigfoot. I do it in the shade.
Picked up 16 oz bottle at Lowes.
Wayne, so you apply with foam mop and remove with cloth attached to mop?
Apply the wax, and wait for it to haze. I then use a towel on the mop to wipe off the haze. I think using a towel to remove the haze is the most important.
I don't think if you wipe before the haze, is a big deal, you will just have to work a little harder. If you allow direct sun to cook the wax before you wipe it, you can use additional wax as a solvent. You put the wax on and immediately wipe it off.
It could be argued that applying by hand and wiping the haze off by hand while standing on a ladder could insure the wax is in the nooks and crannies, but I find it too time consuming. TCs with metal embossed skins may require this method. I have a metal sided fifth wheel. On it I use the towel, and a soft brush.
