I'll have to give it some thought but at first glance it seems that it would cause a problem with a WDH. The forces exerted by the spring bars basically lift the rear of the TV via the hitch connection. Kind of like wheel barrow handles. Seems like it would have to twist up the torsion rubber before it could start lifting the rear of the TV to transfer weight back to the front axle. Maybe not. Just thinking out loud.
I guess the other thing I don't understand is the problem it's trying to fix. Maybe it's for a problem I've never experienced.
