They were pretty much as you see them. I pulled the tanks to de-rust and seal them, then pulled the carbs and cleaned those. I replaced some rubber parts; tires, fork boots and fork seals. I added the buddy seat and tool pouch on the bars of one. We take that when we don't want to tow the trailer and it goes on a carrier mounted to the front receiver hitch.
The bikes actually started when I first got them; put in fresh oil, some gas and on the third kick for one and 4th kick on the other, they fired up!
I put $700 into fixing up the 1970 CT90 and sold it for $2500. I bought the twins for $2500.
