Every manufacturer makes what you are looking for. To get the best quality, you will have to go and look at what is offered. You will be amazed at how many TTs will fit your wish list.
Also, each manufacturer is going to have people that think they are junk and people who love them and wouldn't have anything else.
Since you haven't done this in a while, you might want to consider a 2-3 year old used model. That way, many of the bugs have been worked out and the first year depreciation is done. There are lots of the out there - people have purchased new, hoping they will like the lifestyle and then hating it or it's too much work or they don't have enough time to justify the expense.
Look at your local craigslist first. If you find something you like, take someone who knows campers with you to check it over. If you like the price and the first look, hire an RV tech to go check it out. Yes, it will cost you a few hundred bucks, but it could save you thousands in the long run.
