No sell US Pickups Globally surely there would be a huge demand, because as Arnold would say they are not "Girly Man"
Consequently it would be a nightmare to redesign them to accept right hand steering. Not all countries are like OZ that MANDATE RHD.
GM MAY have RHD Camaros and even Caddy CTSs available in the near future but that will be a very limited market.
This from a guy who appreciated the mirror image design of the original Mini and converted a LHD one to RHD in four hours. Needed a new steering rack and gas pedal. Everything else (steering column, heater, pedals, master cylinders etc ) all flipped over the opposite way round.
