Glow steps
Our TC has the removable glow steps to get in/out. Is it a good idea to leave them folded up and attached to the TC whilst driving? I could strap it down so it wouldnt move (and bang on the TC). ...

My preference is to fold them up and store at the back door inside the TC.
I am a bit uncomfortable with them on the back. If the bungie failed, I could only imagine the damage to the steps being dragged on the highway at 65 MPH. I have not heard of this happening, but certainly a possibility. If I used this method, I would use two bungies, one would be a backup.
