I thought pulling CO2 out of the air to produce some type of oil or fuel was based on synthetic photosynthesis. This would be a grand solution if it can be done economically. The oil or fuel is a far better method to store energy vs hydrogen.
I am still encouraged on the solar and wind method as this is lowest cost right now. Other systems are welcome to compete. The solar haters that control these decisions seem to be getting fewer and fewer as the cost keeps dropping.
Look out if GM gets into the energy business.
Co2 has only risen slightly from record lows in the last 50 years compared to its traditional levels. It is still many times lower than in the historical past. Co2 is what plants breath. They expel oxygen after photosynthesis. This is why we can live on our planet. If we take too much co2 out of the atmosphere, the plants will die. If the plants die, we die. Other than these climate alarmists, no other scientists believe the co2 levels are a problem, or even have any relationship to global temperatures. These mad scientist with their crazy experiments are going to be the death of us all. Leave nature alone. We really don't understand how the planet works. How can we attempt to fix something we have no idea how it really works.
Ok, NASA is not Canadian that can be an excuse but Scientific Consensus on Climate Change include a few Canadians?:S:h
