OP, I hope there is just things getting misunderstood in your writing but from what I've read you have totally unreasonable expectations. You expect GM to fix a 9 year old product perfectly to last you another 15 years.... FOR FREE?
What planet have you been living on where this type of thing is possible? I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess you don't own a business?
