Well, my brake lines finally broke (major corrosion - I am sure the fuel lines are next). I had new rubber put on the truck yesterday, got a call saying that I had a brake line leak. They left it on...

Good question. So I got my quote, 6 hours labor and $100 for the the kit, so $700 there...expensive, yes, but it is at the dealer and it has 12 months / 12,000 mile warranty. I also asked to have the rest of the system gone through and replaced, I want it done all the way...well, guess what is not there....the crossover and the one of the rear hoses...
I also asked to have the fuel system gone through and those lines replaced. Very labor intensive. For everything, 24 hours labor for a total of $4,000 big ones. It is a lot, but I don't plan on replacing the truck..and boss lady OK'ed the repair, so I cannot complain.
