GM Owner's Didn't Read the Motor Trend Report

To me the good news is that at least with the 1/2 ton pickups the manufacturers are finally focusing on improving MPG instead of 0-60 MPH drag times and other meaningless stats. Wish this was true with the 2500/3500 class trucks where MPG is largely ignored and the media make a big deal out of towing capacities that are seldom of any importance or an increase of 20 more horsepower so that one manufacturer is "top dog" for a year until the competition bumps the power by 25 HP.
