GM pickups, no 2500HD or 3500 Markings????
Am I missing something???? How does one tell if a new GM pickup is a 2500HD or a 3500 SRW?? Or is it that so many people towed over the limits with 2500HD they just removed the badges? Am I not ...

I wish that these were all just Silverados or Sierras, with varying levels of trims. They're already doing this between 3500HD SRW and 3500HD DRW - they share the same moniker but have different specs on paper. 2500HDs are similar enough that they should combine the lines, truncate it to Silverado or Sierra HD, and let you buy the trim you want for the capacity you need. The whole 2500/ 3500 idea is dated.
