I know for a fact that was the case when I bought mine.
The dually has 6 skinny 17" tires as opposed to 4 wider more expensive 20 inch tires. The 20" Denali alloy rims are more expensive than the 6 steel rims. The dually has a little more spring over the rear axle and but other than that I think the trucks are identical. When I bought my Ford SRW I could have saved a few pennies had I got an otherwise identical dualy.
