Previously in this thread you indicated, the following and I quote:
"I am not trying to assess anything, just wanted to see how many vehicles have been recalled this year by the different makers. All the ammo needed to do a hit piece on GM is already out there, I just want to see how others are fairing in comparison. "
You indicate that:
.." I am not trying to assess anything...and then you further state...."the ammo needed to do a hit piece on GM is already out there... "
Is that the purpose of your posts ?
To do 'hit pieces' on GM ?
If so, why ?
Do you see boogeymen in the backyard at night? I just wanted to freakin know how many cars by maker have been recalled this year. I don't give a flying flip about GM. - Ron3rdExplorer III

Odd thing is, GM sales (overall) are up over last year at this time. One theory is GM's proactive approach on all the recalls has boosted confidence with consumers who feel GM is not taking chances and is more concerned about safety than the other mfg's. Interesting result.
I think you're on to something there Ron.
Yes, but the same article said all the recalls could cost them Billions with a B. - LessmoreExplorer II

Of the 54 models GM makes/made only 3 have not been recalled.
