After posting this,I got an e-mail survey from the dealership.I let them know my concerns and I recieved a reply pretty quickly.I called the woman who is their customer care rep and she checked into it and told me that since they cannot check the A/C properly in this cold weather,I should call her back in the spring and they would look at it again.She said she noted my claim and that GM normally will pay a major portion of something like this.I was satisfied with their response so I'll have to wait until spring for a resolution.I wish I would have known about her when I had the problem with the sagging springs.It sounds like there may have been a better outcome on that one if I talked to her instead of the sales manager.
