I would look at Jayco. Very high quality product in construction and features.
I prefer the Jay Flight line for it's tall 81" ceiling, quality cabinetry, reliability, and it's stick and tin construction.
I will not by a fiberglass laminated trailer. I've seen to many come unglued and fall apart, even new on the dealers lot. Maybe hung fiberglass but do they even make those anymore.
Good luck on your findings.
BTW, I've been in several Airstreams. Very very nice but they are made by Thor now a days. And don't know if I'd want to live out of them due to the confined living space due to their round design. For camping, no problem, but for living in one, I'd look else where.
Also, do you mean 24' total as most do not list box size at all. Don't be confused by model numbers as they have nothing to do with box sizes.
My 26BH is 29' long, the 26BHS is 30' long. The 27BHS is 32' long. All Jayco Jay Flights.
