2x 125AH Lifeline 31XT 12V AGM will give you 12V average * 125A = 1500 watt hours at 50% DoD, but only for a lowish discharge rate. More reasonable would be getting about 1000 watt hours if running high loads for long periods.
1000 watt hours * .9 (inverter efficiency) = 900 watt-hours. If the microwave draws 1500 watts, then you can run it for 36 minutes continuous without draining your batteries below 50%.
If you only run it for 5 or 10 minutes a day, it is likely no problem at all with at least 2 good batteries, certainly no problem with four.
