I've got 2600 miles on mine and finally took the trailer for a 50 mile test drive today. I live at about 500 ft in elevation and drove north into the hills, highest point on road about 1,100 ft. She averaged 9.4 mpg according to the computer. I drove a steady 60 mph unless I had to slow down for a curve or traffic. It never needed to shift below 4th gear (2500 rpm), and smaller hills were pulled in 5th at 2,000 rpm. I'm pleased. I know my 5.3 Chevy would have been winding up around 4,000 rpm to make the same hills without losing speed.
