Good old fashion service

I had a small roof leak in my trailer , I needed some of the adhesive to re glue the rubber roofing to the new wood . I went to a rv repair shop called Jim Donnies in glen burnie md ( they started as a custom van builder back in the 1970's) The guy told me they just sold the last gallon and that the stuff was pretty expensive . I told the guy I need about a 1/4 of a quart . He goes in the back and brings out a gallon can about half full .

" Here , use what you need and bring back the rest when you are done , no charge "

Thats how to get and keep customers

  • Wish we could hear more about great service!

Yes we all need to be aware of poor/unethical businesses. Unfortunately that rating is often thrown out there by people with unrealistic expectations.
  • This shop is great! I've used them for years for supplies and service. Always a good experience.
  • Yes, there are still some old time customer service people around.

Unfortunately many have been replaced by the "Lower Prices, Bigger Savings" shops.
