We store ours indoors on a concrete floor at our local fairgrounds for about what you are paying the local dealer. I'd suggest getting it indoors and out of our Minnesota winters. The ice/thaw and freeze cycles/heavy snows can take a real toll on the roofs and seams, not to mention the winter sun damage on the exterior.
If your interested, PM me and I can get you the contact info for the guy handling the storage at our fairgrounds. We're on your side of the Metro so it wouldn't be far away (Howard Lake off US Hwy 12-Wright County Fairgrounds). We just confirmed our spot for this winter. Sounds like there might be a waiting list for new renters but he might have room for you (might depend on big a camper you have). Very secure and very reasonable.
