I recently up-sized my truck prior to buying a heavier RV. I knew I would not be able to afford upgrading both at the same time and what I wanted was currently affordable for me. I was able to sell to my previous vehicle after 10 years with 110K miles and no issues for more than the online pricing guides, so I was fine making the upgrade now. In three to five years, we will start seriously evaluating replacements for our current camper knowing we have the truck already in place to handle what we want.
