Jim,
Nice floor plan. I imagine if your spouse is like mine, the ready-to-sleep double bed was mostly the clincher.
We once camped when the kids were small. Our campers were small too. Hard on Mom. My DW didn't want another camper at all until after I bought a cheap $1200, beater MH just for my son, grandsons and me to fish and hunt. Then she hinted that she would go with... if I hadn't bought such an ugly wreck.
In my defense, the dirty, ugly old MH had new tires, great A/C, a new tranny, a good generator for the boonies and a hitch for a trailered deep freeze. Perfect. But I'd trade it all for her sweet company even if I had to sleep on the cold, bare ground.
So while we were RV shopping, I made sure she realized that a lot of moderate sized newer campers have their own bedroom. And bathroom. We did improve our first bath by installing an RV curved shower rod. Roomier than at home! A virtual palace! Voila!
Enjoy your roomy new mansion.
