By the way what was the date code on the tires?
I bet they try to charge you for the use you got out of the tires that you ordered them to install.
Date code was 3813 (2nd week of September, if I'm counting right), and I bought the tires on 11/1/13, so they actually were brand new tires.
I will be charged for nothing. I can be very "persuasive." In fact, I'm even thinking it's likely that I'm going to come home with the C tires, and I'll put them on my half-ton Burb.
Ya, they are going to give you those tires and another set. take some responsibility and you should have checked your tires when you left. No one has any responsibility today. They put it off on everyone else. yes, they made a mistake. Dont expect reimbursement for something that COULD have happened.
I hope they make you keep the tires you have honestly. Mr Persuasive.
Tuff crowd this morning? Someone get up on the wrong side of the bed? Tire shops are suppose to be the tire experts!
The only question I have, is what did the OP have listed on the invoice that he put in the glove box?
