Even when you call contractors to your own house, you still have whole system of contracts, liens, workers comp and liability that puts lot of obligations on you.
You can't change overnight contract from 0 to $350 a year.
Just like this forum PB makes money on advertisement.
I am putting up with it for the service, but the other side should have some obligations too.
