Isn't yours a 3500 SRW with a 10800# GVWR? Or maybe I'm thinking of "mowin".
The wheels are the standard 18" ones that come on the Laramie. I didn't want the 20s. Rubber is too pricey and I wanted more sidewall.
I'm also in the 2500 but an "Outdoorsman" - Basically a Bighorn with a couple other things. I need a bench seat which doesn't come with a Laraime (or at least that's what my dealer said).
So, the wheels must be different on the Lairimes..... I have never noticed that before.
Yours has the nice body colored fender flairs like mine but you also have the door bumper strip things which mine doesn't. I wish I did have those. I feel like my doors are kind of exposed and will get dinged up by knuckleheads in parking lots.
I can't wait to hear how the tow goes with the big 5th! - ChuckandSueExplorerGreat looking truck. I am itching for a few months to go by and I get to order my 2015 Ford F450. Have a great time with your new truck, looks awesome.

Oh, and if you have a standard 7' garage door opening and you buy one of these trucks....BE CAREFUL. Mine BARELY fits under the header. I bet I couldn't get a deck of cards between the roof of the truck and the garage door header.
Now just be careful when you get a little snow built up in front of the garage, had a buddy find that one out the hard way!
Nice Truck! - e-lightExplorer

Thats a beautiful truck. Love the wheels. What options did you get on the interior? Uconnect 8.4?
Pretty much all of 'em :)
Wow! Ok I am jelous! That is one nice truck. - Ric_FlairExplorerPretty truck
- ib516Explorer IIOn mpg...keeping in mind it less than 100 miles on it right now...it's about 15 US mpg (~16 L / 100 Km) at 68 mph hwy on cruise control. RPM at that speed with the 4.10 axle is about 1900 near as I can tell on the tach.

- Bionic_ManExplorerVery nice! Enjoy the new ride!
- Stephen_WExplorerLast week I had one of these Dodge pickups passed me on I-95 southbound in South Carolina. He was doing 80mph towing a huge triple axle fiver with bikes, lawn chairs and a ladder mounted on the back.(Didn't look like a delivery) I speeded up a bit and stayed with him a hour or so. He must have been on cruise control because his speed never varied from 80mph. The towing power and efficiency pickups have these days is amazing. My trip computer said I was getting 24.5mpg at 80mpg in my 4,000# Grand Marquis at 80mph. His combined weight was maybe 20,000# and he was probably getting 9mpg with that Cummins diesel, moving 5 times the weight with power to spare. He was running too fast, but it was interesting to observe the towing capability.
