A quick look at the Ford website shows the 2 tone color standard and the chrome bumpers optional. Makes no mention of solid color being an option. Maybe the King Ranch in the states is optioned slightly differently, and by the money Ford saves on ink by not adding all the unnecessary 'u's in the word "color" in their brochure, they don't need to charge extra. :) Just yankin' the chain of my 'neighbour' to the north. ;)
I found my error: I thought to get chrome bumpers you had to add the select "no secondary color" but it turns out you can leave the secondary color and add the chrome package. The Chrome package is $1125, yikes.
