Depends on the year and Engine , trans package . My V6 only has a tow rating of 5000 lb. I believe I have the same V6 as the O.P. but he has an updated trans .
Good point. I believe theirs is a 2015, with the tow package. Also, the dry weight of the 21RBS from Camplite was a bit below 4,000 pounds back then with a GVWR of 5,000 pounds. Those numbers have changed a bit in the last couple of years.
I should also add that I tow my Camplite 21BHS with a Ram 1500 and feel that a pickup of that size (such as the Ram 1500, Ford F150, or Silverado 1500) would be a much better option and a nicer tow.
