Beware of seers that advise its “fine” to exceed the manufacturer’s gross weight rating and/or payload limit. They won’t be your defense lawyer or friend when you are involved in an accident and the plaintiff says you could have stopped or controlled your rig IF you had not exceeded... And Jeep won’t help you either. You’ll be all alone with your $400 per hour attorney.
