I've seen guys tow 5500# boats with the same Jeep and they pull fine on level ground.
However basing my opinion on my 4300# TT, it rolls down the road at about 6k with 900# give or take on the tongue.
Your payload is going to be the issue. You will have to travel alone and probably not carry water in the TT.
Mountains might be another issue as well.
