According to Jayco, this unit has a 15 gallon gray water tank and the only thing that we have done is washed dishes using maybe 2 sink loads of water. This doesnt seem like 15 gallons to me. Any ideas as to what could be wrong other than it doesnt really have a 15 gallon tank? Other than this little issue, we love the trailer. It sleeps 5 and is pretty well laid out.
Next trip don't wash the dishes in the sink - use a rubbermaid container and either scatter the waste water in the bushes or pour it down the toilet - then see how long before your GW fills.
