Great Loan Rate!!

Found on this forum but had to hunt around.
Wings Credit Union has a fantastic rate for those looking to buy for the spring. 2.99% up to 6 year term. I calculated I would save $2400.00 over that term rather than that of my local CU.

  • Equally as important is the deal ! The final price is whats important to me !

Your going to get some heat for that but I agree.
Never buy toys on time. Save a few bucks and buy something used but decent.
That strategy has served me well and now I'v retired at 50.
Just a suggestion - sorry for the hijack.

    That's great. Good for you.
I paid $2,500 cash for my first and took out a ten year loan for the second. I'm happy with both decisions and it's really nobody else's decision anyway.

Thanks for the heads up about good rates. If you're going to do a loan, may as well be a good rate!

  • We saved for 3 years and paid cash. Took a while but it's a toy and the only way to buy a toy is cash money.

    Thanks for that.
  • Our credit union (Eastman Credit Union) has RV rates of $1.39 for up to 36 months, then 1.80 to 3.90 for up to 84 months, just according to your credit score. You just need to live within their coverage area of Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina or Kentucky or have a family member that does.

  • I was able to get 1.99% at the Credit Union at my employer. Of course they know they will be getting their money first :)
