If you are getting a new trailer, I agree with those suggesting giving the old one a new home, whether it is to a friend, donation to charity, etc. Unless you are going to use it, letting it sit & slowly "fade into the sunset" is a waste.
As to small trailers, I've been traveling in a 17' Escape over the last 4 years (56,000 miles) and had a wonderful time. A great way to see the country.
