You said you want fiberglass due to heat. But, the popups have screens all the way around, so they cool very well when the outdoor temps drop. If you have A/C, though, the hard side is the way to go. Don't know if you can get A/C (or if you will always have hookups), but our hard-side is not as cool in the evenings as our popup was.
