$10K for a Casita of that vintage is a pretty typical asking price. Maybe you could dicker them down a bit, but don't count on a lot.
You should have no trouble towing it with your Tacoma. I have over 140K towing miles on my '08 Highlander. The Burro definitely towed easier than the KZ although they were about the same size; the rounded edges really make a big difference in aerodynamics at highway speed.
