It sounds like a Casita would be a good fit. For what it's worth, I tow with a Frontier ( which is kind of a twin of a Tacoma ), and I'm towing a funfinder 189FDS. Right under 4,000 pounds ready to camp. Tows well.
With a back yard that looks like that, you don't need to tow a camper anywhere :) Just pull the camper over by the pond, crank the awning out, get out the lawn chairs, and pretend you are somewhere far away !
